RFID Reader Trigger Unit
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is emerging as the
technology of choice for inventory control. CDSS has partnered
with industry leader OAT Systems to produce an Opto22-based
RFID reader trigger unit with integral status indication.
The unit is delivered ready to run with pre-set IP address,
pre-configured modules, and keyed quick-connect cables.
Simply connect the power, ethernet, and sensor cables and the
unit is immediately fully functional.
Specifications

LaserRate - Urethane Foam Rise Meas.
CDSS offers a laser measurement system for urethane foam rise
testing. These systems are used both as QA/QC and R&D tools.
The LaserRate is sized to fit in a standard laboratory hood and
boasts the following features:
-High resolution laser with 19" measurement range
-Variable speed, high HP and torque, timer controlled,
instantaneously braking mixer motor
-Adjustable mix motor timer
-Foot switch activation
-Event marker
-Temperature probe
-Integral data viewing and report program with presentation
quality output

3D Laser Block Measurement
This system uses three lasers to provide simultaneous
dimensional measurement of the three axes (X, Y, Z) of a foam
(or any other material) block. Operation is by simple push
buttons for zeroing and measuring. Data is time-stamped, ID'ed,
and logged to an ASCII data file for use in spreadsheets,
statistics packages, or reports. An operator interface (HMI) is
provided.

enclosing the Opto22 I/O. Panels can range from "shoebox" size
for simple systems, to floor-standing panels as large as needed.
Panel features include (as appropriate):
-Pre-construction CAD dimensional and wiring diagrams
-NEMA ratings and materials of construction per customer specs
-Power supplies (5 VDC, 24 VDC, other as needed)
-120 VAC power and interior convenience receptacles
-Fully mounted and wired controllers and I/O modules
-Door mounted manual switches, indicator lights, alarm horns
-Enclosure lighting
-Output relays
-UPS power protection
-Enclosure cooling fan
-UL rated
